Cancellation Policy

After successfully placing an order on the website, upon the order confirmation screen, you will receive a notification “Order Placed Successfully” along with the Order Number.

To cancel an order, please follow one of the following three methods:

  1. Fill out the contact form at with the subject “Cancel Order: Order Number”.

You can only cancel an order before we pack it and inform the shipping provider to pick it up.

Normally, orders will be processed and handed over to the shipping provider within 24 hours after you place the order.

In case of cancellation after the order has been handed over to the shipping provider:

You will bear the one-way return fee.

We accept cancelation requests for up to 4 hours from the time of successful payment. After this time, any cancelation requests will not be accepted.

For orders delivered within 2-4 hours or on the same day:

Cancel the order within 15 minutes after completing the order, we will refund you after deducting any applicable fees.

Cancellation requests after the order has been handed over to the shipping provider will not be accepted.
